1. Where is My Place Dublin Located?

2. Is there a curfew?

No. we are open 24/7 with someone to greet you at all times

3. What is included in the price?

All linen including sheets. In the hotel and apartments you will also have tea/coffee making facilities and towels

4. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in time is 1400. However we are open for check in 24/7. If your room is available we we accommodate you. If not you my relax in one of our lounges or leave your luggage with us and you can explore everthing the city has to offer.

5. Is there a Lock-out?

No. Once you have a reservation you have access to your rooms.

6. Do you have Car Parking facilities?

There are no facilities on site, but you may park in Clearys car park for discounted rates. Just get your card stamped by the hotel

7. Are there left luggage facilities provided?

Yes. We have two secure rooms for luggage storage and we have storage facilities in the hotel also.

8. What safekeeping facilities are provided?

There are safes in a selection of rooms and apartments. We have safe deposit boxes and there is a security box behind reception.

9. What methods of payment are acceptable?

Visa, mastercard, Amex, All Debit Cards, Bank transfers and Cash

10. What is the cancellation Policy?

All cancellations and ammendments must have reached us before 1500, 48 hours hours in advance. Other wise we will have to charge the full amount for the first night. Groups bookings will have a different policy. Please see booking notes for further information.
